Service Description
In Person Pilates - 5 week course. Pilates is a great way to get back your fitness. And improving your core strength with Pilates helps support your back and improve your flexibility and strength. Beginners are welcome. Small class with experienced teacher. At Oakhanger Village Hall, Oakhanger. You will need to bring with you: - A non slip yoga mat - A small Pilates ball 23cm soft ball. - A yoga strap - Wear comfortable clothes you can move in. Spaces are strictly limited. Booking is essential and early booking advised. Free Parking for clients outside the venue.
